Hi My lovies! I hope you are having a great week of weekend. Today's post is going to be something I have never done before but something I wish I had done a long time ago. A couple of weeks ago I switch from my Body Shop foundation that I have been wearing for years now and that I love to a different foundation just because It was a little bit cheaper. I also wanted to try if I could find a different foundation to talk about. I wont say what foundation I brought as this post isn't about that but about the packed that my skin was so bad after using this foundation I needed to do something to help it. So moving on to thispost and what I did for a whole week to get my skin better looking. As you will see from the pictures to start of with myskin wasn't in great condindion. It was red round my cheeks and I came up with loads of spots. Now I hardly ever have spots and to go from having a very few once in a blue moon to suddenly a whole face full I needed to do something. Now I read online and I have always been told if you drink water your face will get better, so I thought I would give this ago and take pictures along the way and to do a blog for you guys to find out.
So what did I do
For a whole week I didn't wear any foundation or face make up
I drunk a couple of bottles of water everyday
I also made sure I cleanse toned and mositize my face every morning.

So had you can see my face was very white and pail. I had very red checks and some spots. My skin doesn't look very healthy.
Just after one week of drinking water and not wearing foundation and using my skin care products every day. You can see the massive differences in just one week. I am editing the pictures now and I am in shock at how great my skin looks now. It has got it's colour
back my face dosn't look pail and white. The best bit is the red checks have total gone and my whole face is the same colour. My spots have all cleared up and the marks have gone. I am so impressed with how well this has turned out. I still wear foundation now and I
just think now and then I will have days where I wont wear make up. I am still drinking as much water as I can to keep my skin looking
healthy and to be honest I should be drinking water anyways. It is so good for you and not just for your skin.
